About the Role
As a Human Capital Specialist, you will manage HR programs including benefits, awards, payroll, and onboarding. You will analyze challenges, design solutions, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience. Your responsibilities will also include analyzing workforce data and advising on sensitive HR issues to ensure smooth and strategic operations.
About You
Required:
2+ years of experience working in a professional environment.
Experience using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of HR administration and management principles and practices.
Ability to analyze problems, conduct research, and evaluate options for action.
Ability to create a culture of engagement, collaboration, and teamwork.
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
Bachelor's degree.
Preferred:
2+ years of experience working in human resources.
Experience in the DoD or Intelligence Community (IC).
Ability to present and explain findings to teammates and leadership teams.
Ability to manage conflicting priorities and timelines.
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Possession of excellent critical thinking skills.
