About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years, Master’s with 6+ years, or Doctorate with 4+ years of relevant experience in Human Factors Engineering, Cognitive Psychology, Biomedical Engineering, or User Experience.
Proven expertise in conducting task analyses, use error evaluations, and integrating findings into risk management processes per ISO 14971.
Experience leading formative and summative usability studies in regulated environments.
Deep understanding of FDA and international regulatory requirements for usability in medical device submissions.
Exceptional analytical and communication skills with the ability to document usability findings and translate them into actionable design recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and Marketing.

Preferred:

Master’s degree with a focus on medical devices or diagnostics.
Experience in IVDR Regulation and Usability Standards outside of the US.
