About You
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a strategic business partner and/or progressive HR Generalist experience.
- Strong knowledge and application of federal and state employment laws.
- Experience supporting a retail or manufacturing environment or high-growth, start-up, fast-paced and complex work environment.
- PHR, SHRM-CP Certification.
- Ability to travel up to 75%.
