About the Role

As a Human Resource Specialist, you will play a critical role in coordinating with hiring managers, ensuring seamless HR operations, and enhancing the overall employee experience. Your responsibilities will include collaborating on staffing needs, managing the recruitment process, conducting new hire orientations, administering employee benefits, identifying training needs, and addressing employee concerns to foster a positive work environment.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, employment legislation, regulatory compliance and best practices.
In-depth understanding of federal and state employment laws and other labor regulations.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Preferred:

HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
Experience with ADP and HRIS systems.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint).
