About You
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Human Resources support role.
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
- Comfortable navigating a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
