About the Role
As a Human Resources Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate HR files, answering employee inquiries, ensuring confidentiality of records, assisting with payroll functions, and supporting new hire orientation. You will also help plan and execute special events and perform other duties as assigned.
About You
Required:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic HR practices, employment processes, and workplace compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Preferred:
- Prior related office experience.
- Experience supporting payroll processing or working with HRIS systems.
- Leadership experience – 1 year.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solver with a willingness to take initiative.
