Summary
BlinkRx is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join their team in Robinson Township, PA. The role involves supporting the Pharmacy Operations team by coaching frontline managers and fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
About the Role
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for employee relations and compliance, providing guidance to managers in high-volume hourly and call center environments. You will assist with employee investigations, support onboarding and offboarding processes, and collaborate on employee engagement initiatives. Additionally, you will partner with various teams to support performance review cycles and drive change management efforts.
About You
Required:
- At least 5 years of HR Business Partner or generalist experience, specifically supporting hourly employee populations.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and compliance best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and documentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Preferred:
- Prior experience supporting contact centers, fulfillment operations, or other high-volume, metrics-driven hourly workforces.
- Experience coaching new and junior managers in hourly or call center environments.
- Experience in pharmacy or healthcare settings or experience in hyper scaling start ups.
