- Experience supporting employees across multiple Canadian provinces and U.S. states.
- Expertise in employee relations and coaching.
- Strong communication, influencing, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience in engineering/architectural consulting.
- HRIS proficiency.
- Nice to have: French language skills.
