CooperSurgical is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join their team in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves providing direct HR support to assigned employees in various areas of employment.
About the Role
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be the main support for HR activities for all employees and managers within the assigned client group. Your responsibilities will include administering HR programs related to compensation, benefits, and leave; handling disciplinary matters; conducting confidential investigations; coaching managers on employee relations; ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements; and implementing new hire orientation and employee recognition programs. You will also support workforce planning and talent management requirements and may require 20-30% travel.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with demonstrated results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge in Local Labor Legislation and positive employee relations practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Preferred:
- Experience in talent management initiatives including learning and development strategies, employee engagement and wellbeing programs.
- Experience supporting manufacturing facilities.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
