As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for recruiting both technical and non-technical talents, managing local recruitment channels, and enhancing the employer brand. You will also handle employee relations, onboarding, and assist in implementing HR projects related to compensation and performance.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- At least 3 years of local human resources experience, with expertise in recruitment and compliance.
- Proficient in employment laws and regulations of the country/region.
Preferred:
- Recruitment experience in the technology or manufacturing sectors.
- Excellent communication skills and cross-cultural collaboration awareness.
- Knowledge of Chinese.
