About the Role
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will execute effective recruitment strategies, coordinate new hire orientation, process payroll, manage employee benefits programs, address employee relations issues, lead employee engagement initiatives, and maintain accurate employee records. You will ensure compliance with local labor laws and support performance management processes.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment.
- Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Preferred:
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
- Ability to interact professionally with individuals of varied backgrounds and skill levels.
