About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or Generalist roles.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- HR certification strongly preferred.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in HR analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong leadership capabilities to champion important issues.
