About the Role
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will handle data entry for new hires, changes, and terminations in Workday, facilitate data validation efforts, provide front-line support on HR data entry requests, prepare new hire onboarding, manage compliance-related tasks, support the HRIS team with troubleshooting, monitor HR support queues, assist with performance management processes, and maintain electronic personnel files.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least two (2) years of related experience working with data management practices and employee-focused customer support.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Familiarity with HR Information System (HRIS) software and tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize tasks and priorities based on broad objectives and guidance.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities.
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
- Ability to learn new concepts and skills quickly.
