About You
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in a manufacturing or beverage production environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) to support communication across a diverse workforce.
