About the Role
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for administering and executing human resource programs, handling employment-related inquiries, maintaining employment records, preparing monthly reports, providing administrative support to the Plant HR Manager, and driving positive employee relations and engagement programs.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of two years of Human Resources Generalist experience.
- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, BBA, or related field.
- Master’s Degree in a related field.
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification.
- Work experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
