About the Role
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing or plant environment.
- Experience supporting multiple sites and working with both corporate and plant teams.
- Proficient with HRIS (ADP Workforce Now, SAP SuccessFactors), Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage high email volume (~150+ per day).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Personable, resilient, and confident—able to work with all levels of management.
- Motivated self-starter who takes ownership and drives change.
- HR certification (SHRM or HRCI).
