About the Role
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies, managing the full-cycle recruitment process, overseeing onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with I-9 documentation, supporting day-to-day HR operations, and tracking recruitment metrics. This position requires on-site presence 5 days a week.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Preferred:
- Proven track record of managing high-volume recruiting and onboarding.
- Strong knowledge of I-9 compliance and E-Verify processes.
