About the Role
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will consult with line management, analyze trends and metrics to develop HR solutions, manage complex employee relations issues, and ensure compliance with legal requirements. You will provide performance management guidance, coordinate benefit enrollment, and work to improve work relationships and productivity. Additionally, you will support payroll matters, identify training needs, and assist with safety compliance.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, and/or Industrial Relations or equivalent.
- Minimum of two (2) to five (5) years' experience as a HR Generalist.
- Demonstrated ability to work with confidential and sensitive matters in a professional manner.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices and employee relations.
Preferred:
- Master's degree and relevant industry experience.
- Recruiting and retention experience in the Tri-State area.
