About the Role
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will administer and enforce HR policies, manage recruitment and selection processes, act as a business partner with management, coordinate employee development, maintain benefit programs, ensure legal compliance, support payroll processing, handle workplace investigations, manage workers compensation, and perform various administrative tasks.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar role.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
Preferred:
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar).
- Experience in a multi-department or manufacturing work environment.
- Experience managing all aspects of the human resources function.
- Ability to think strategically, creatively, and innovatively.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative work environment.
