About the Role
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will assist with the administration of HR policies, coordinate core HR processes, and support compliance and strategic HR initiatives. Your responsibilities will include managing onboarding processes, supporting performance management, and overseeing the job description library, while collaborating closely with Office and Department Leaders.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in human resources.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a legal/professional services environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
