About You
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2 – 3 years of HR experience required with a background in benefits administration and/or recruiting.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency required.
- Intermediate PC skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and accomplish multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in employee relations and performance management.
