About You
Required:
- 3+ years of proven progressive HR experience, preferably in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including employee relations, performance management, and employment laws.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR related certification, such as SHRM.
