Summary
Anatomage Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join their growing HR team in Santa Clara, CA. The role involves supporting various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
About the Role
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will assist with full-cycle recruitment, support onboarding and offboarding processes, maintain employee records in the HRIS, administer employee benefits, organize employee engagement activities, respond to employee inquiries, coordinate training sessions, support performance review processes, and perform general administrative tasks.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 0–5 years of relevant HR or administrative experience (internship experience acceptable).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a tech or life sciences company.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with platforms like BambooHR, Greenhouse, or similar.
