Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a Human Resources Information System Administrator for a long-term contract position with the local government in Durham, NC. The role involves serving as the subject matter expert and technical lead for Oracle Cloud HCM within a Human Resources team.
About the Role
As an HRIS Administrator, you will be responsible for extracting, compiling, analyzing, and managing data within various HRIS systems. You will monitor and correct issues in system performance, perform complex analysis, maintain Oracle Cloud HCM data structures, and assist in the change process to ensure business requirements are met. Additionally, you will provide consultation to HR Managers, conduct data quality assurance testing, and train HR personnel on system usage.
About You
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, information technology, social sciences, industrial/organizational psychology or directly related field OR equivalent experience.
Seven (7) years of professional human resources and professional information technology experience, including lead and/or supervisory experience.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM Platform, Oracle EBS or similar system.
Strong project management skills.
Strong analytical skills and understanding of HR processes and regulations.
Preferred:
Ability to think critically, multi-task and manage priorities.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Benefits
Compensation of $45.00-$55.00/hour.
Hybrid work schedule (Mon-Wed in office, Thurs-Fri remote).
W-2 Contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion.
