- 3+ years of HRIS experience.
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools.
- Hands-on experience using UKG Pro.
- Experience with HR data analysis and report building.
- In-depth knowledge of UKG Pro functionality, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Reporting.
