Summary

About the Role
As a Human Resources Intern, you will be responsible for payroll support, including preparation and processing of payroll, reviewing employee timecards, and maintaining confidentiality of payroll data. You will also coordinate temporary workforce management, track assignments, and assist with onboarding. Additionally, you will prepare HR reports, support data management in HRIS systems, and provide general administrative support to the HR team.
About You
Required:
- Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (on a 4.0 scale).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Preferred:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work part-time onsite (10–20 hours/week) during the school year and full-time during the summer.
