Summary
International is seeking a Human Resources Manager for TRATON USA R&D to join their team in Lisle, IL. The role involves leading HR strategies and processes to support the R&D organization during a major transformation.
About the Role
As the Human Resources Manager, you will align and execute HR strategies for TRATON R&D US LLC, lead and develop the local HR team, build relationships with leadership, ensure compliance with labor laws, drive strategic HR planning, and oversee recruitment and employee engagement initiatives. You will collaborate with various brands within the Group and act as a global business partner for R&D Area Heads.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 12 years of HR or Organizational Development experience.
- At least 2 years of lead experience.
Preferred:
- Master's degree.
- Experience in leading HR functions within large-scale, complex, and matrixed global organizations.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and HR systems such as SAP HR and SAP SuccessFactors.
