About the Role
As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing employee development programs, ensuring compliance with employment laws, overseeing compensation and benefits, and creating initiatives to foster employee engagement and satisfaction. You will also maintain accurate HR records and generate reports to track key workforce metrics.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven expertise in performance management, employee relations, and compensation/benefits administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High degree of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software, including ADP.
Preferred:
- Interest in fashion and familiarity with the creative industry.
