About You
- 3-5 years of HR Management/HR Generalist experience.
- Experience specifically with Employee Relations investigations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience using Excel, including data manipulation and pivot tables.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Blue collar/manufacturing background.
- Experience supporting 350-400 employees in previous roles.
