HumanGood is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team at the Terraces at San Joaquin Gardens community in Fresno, CA. The role involves performing professional level human resources generalist work and being a key member of the community's leadership team.
About the Role
As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for staffing, new hire processing and orientation, employee relations, performance management, compensation administration, payroll, training, safety, and employee recognition program administration. You will act as a liaison between the community and the corporate office for human resources, manage unemployment claims, and recommend program improvements. This position requires direct implementation of HR policies and procedures, advising management and employees, and coordinating community programs and events.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to Human Resources work (Sociology, Psychology, Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources, Industrial/Labor Relations).
Three to five years of progressive and directly related experience in employee relations and implementing HR programs.
Preferred:
PHR/SPHR certification.
