Waaree Solar Americas Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team in Goodyear, AZ. The role involves leading all HR functions for a new solar module manufacturing facility, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and building a strong workforce.

About the Role

As a Human Resources Manager, you will support the HR setup for the new site, serve as a trusted advisor on HR matters, partner with recruiting teams to attract and retain qualified employees, administer employee benefits programs, coordinate onboarding processes, assist with payroll/HRIS integration, coach management on HR issues, implement training programs, guide performance management processes, ensure compliance with employment laws, maintain employee records, and foster a collaborative workplace culture.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, and training.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proven knowledge of Arizona employment laws and best practices.

Preferred:

Prior experience supporting plant start-up, expansion, or high-growth operations.
Experience using UKG Ready HRIS Payroll/Time System.
Bilingual in English/Spanish.
