About the Role
As the Human Resources Manager, you will serve as the Power User for the Paychex HRIS, develop a formal compensation philosophy, act as a cultural anchor within the organization, and implement AI-driven recruitment strategies. Your mission is to architect the future of the workforce while ensuring HR initiatives align with manufacturing growth.
About You
Required:
- 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years at the Manager level.
- Expert-level proficiency in HRIS systems such as Paychex, ADP, or Workday.
- Experience in building compensation bands and alignment strategies.
Preferred:
- High emotional intelligence with skills in de-escalation and mediation.
- Residency within commuting distance of Grants Pass, OR.
