About the Role
As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for assisting employees with HR inquiries, creating and administering HR policies, overseeing recruitment processes, conducting orientations, managing onboarding, performing exit interviews, and compiling HR metrics. You will also analyze labor trends, assist with performance reviews, and ensure legal compliance with various regulations.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field, or a combination of education and 3-5+ years of work-related experience.
- Minimum 3 to 5+ years of Human Resources experience.
- Experience with Kronos, Workday or similar HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
- Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational and auditing skills.
- Critical decision maker with the ability to work independently.
