About the Role

As a Human Resources Manager, you will serve as a strategic and hands-on partner to leadership, managing HR administration, compliance, talent management, and organizational development. You will oversee recruitment, employee development, performance management, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Additionally, you will drive initiatives in employee engagement and sustainability practices while fostering a high-energy, inclusive culture.

About You

Required:

7–10 years of progressive HR experience spanning recruitment, employee development, payroll oversight, organizational development, and change initiatives.
At least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role within HR, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Solid understanding of local payroll administration and social security obligations.
Fluent in English; Spanish language skills considered an advantage.
US Citizenship is required due to Aerospace & Defense industry compliance standards.

Preferred:

Additional academic background in sociology, labor law, psychology, pedagogy, or related disciplines.
Strong command of MS Office tools; experience with SAP HCM and Umantis.
Demonstrated project leadership in HR transformation, optimization, or process improvement.
In-depth knowledge of HR processes, compliance requirements, and industry regulations.
Skilled in interpreting and applying HR data and workforce analytics.
