About the Role
As the Human Resources Supervisor, you will lead an HR team, oversee HR administration, payroll and benefits processes, onboarding, HRIS management, and regulatory reporting. Your work will enhance access, equity, and support for older adults and caregivers across the region.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or SHRM certification.
- At least 3 years’ experience in payroll and benefits administration.
- 2+ years’ experience coaching and conducting adult training.
- Demonstrated experience in organizational development and change management.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across teams.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, data entry, and HR systems.
