Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to join their team in Marble Falls, TX. The role involves providing exceptional customer service through the meticulous assessment and quality repair of vehicles to restore them to pre-accident condition.

About the Role

As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for disassembling, repairing, and reassembling vehicles, ensuring quality repairs that align with the company's standards. You will plan repair work, prepare cost estimates, and use various tools to execute repairs. Your role will also include realigning car chassis, replacing damaged sections, and ensuring all work meets labor time guidelines while inspecting vehicles post-repair.

About You

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
4 to 5 years minimum collision auto body repair experience.
Successful completion of technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.
Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
Thorough understanding of methods and procedures to repair vehicle bodies.

Preferred:

Experience working in a team environment within an auto body shop.
Familiarity with various tools required for the trade.
