Summary

About the Role
As a HUMINT SME, you will serve as a recognized expert, providing objective advice, analysis, and guidance on complex operational and technical problems. Your responsibilities will include supporting projects aligned to HUMINT and Counterintelligence (CI), delivering briefings and presentations, producing and validating documentation, and promoting best practices for HUMINT tools and processes.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 8+ years of experience or a Master’s degree with 6 years of experience; additional experience may substitute for degree requirements.
- Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain a polygraph.
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on Human Intelligence (HUMINT) experience.
- Extensive experience using HUMINT tools, including CHROME and Core Discovery.
- Proven experience providing direct support to end users with strong customer service and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Counterintelligence (CI) experience.
- Eight years or more supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).
