About You
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with HV battery management systems controls.
- Expertise in charging algorithms including AC and DC Fast Charging.
- Advanced knowledge in Electrified System interactions and battery internal component controls.
- Proficiency in developing models using Matlab & Simulink.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience in cradle-to-grave battery controls delivery.
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Working knowledge of power electronic hardware and controls.
- Strong research capability and ability to engage with R&A teams.
- Experience with different software standards and processes, including AutoSAR, ISO26262, and ASPICE.
