About the Role
As an HVAC/R Instructor, you will motivate students by demonstrating professionalism and enthusiasm, engage them in classroom discussions, and adjust your teaching style to accommodate different learning styles. You will maintain accurate records of student attendance and grades, manage classroom tools, enforce school policies, ensure a safe testing environment, and evaluate the curriculum for relevance. Additionally, you will maintain classroom equipment and participate in semi-annual graduation ceremonies.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or GED.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC/R field within the last 10 years.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Experience working in shop or lab environments.
