About the Role

As an HVAC / Refrigeration Tech Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting control issues, programming controllers, and providing technical support to customers. You will interact with various departments to resolve technical issues and ensure proper operation of refrigeration and HVAC systems. The position requires travel to customer sites for installation, maintenance, and training, as well as the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and manuals.

About You

Required:

Minimum five (5) years of experience in commercial / retail refrigeration systems service/installation.
Ability to read and interpret various electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and reference manuals.
Knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC operations, and theory.

Preferred:

Good organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High technical aptitude and experience in mechanical and chemical applications.
Ability to travel for customer visits and training.
