About the Role
As an HVAC - Mechanical 1099 Contractor - Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems, completing service calls within budget, submitting estimates for repairs, and performing system replacements and installations. You will work independently, managing your schedule and communicating with dispatch through a mobile job portal.
About You
Required:
- EPA Certification (required due to refrigerant regulations)
- Active General Liability Insurance (COI required)
- Must have a truck/van/SUV and own tools
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
Preferred:
- Worker's Comp insurance
- Ability to navigate mobile job portals and communicate clearly
