About the Role
As the HVAC Installation Manager, you will lead HVACR installation projects for residential and light commercial customers. Your responsibilities include managing installations, communicating with customers and team members, identifying service opportunities, and maintaining job documentation to uphold company standards.
About You
Required:
- 5-10+ years of experience installing residential furnaces and air conditioning systems.
- Experience with boilers, generators, heat pumps, and water heaters.
- Strong verbal, reading, and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently.
- Must own basic hand tools and refrigerant gauges.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and under variable conditions.
- Valid clean NYS driver’s license and insurability under company policy.
Preferred:
- EPA certification (testing assistance available if not certified).
