About the Role
As the HVAC Installation Manager, you will lead HVACR installation jobs, manage a team, communicate with customers and suppliers, and identify opportunities for additional services. You will ensure all installations are completed safely and efficiently while maintaining documentation and quality standards.
About You
Required:
- 5-10+ years of experience installing residential furnaces and air conditioning systems.
- Experience with boilers, generators, heat pumps, and water heaters.
- Strong verbal, reading, and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently.
- Must own basic hand tools and refrigerant gauges.
- Valid clean NYS driver’s license and insurability under company policy.
Preferred:
- EPA certification (testing assistance available if not certified).
