About the Role
As an HVAC Lead Installer, you will be responsible for accurately installing air conditioning, heating, control systems, and humidity and temperature control systems according to manufacturer guidelines. You will also perform system startups and troubleshoot various residential HVAC systems, while maintaining strong customer relationships and understanding their needs.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC installation.
- Possession of an EPA Universal Certification.
- A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record, free from major infractions for the past five (5) years.
- Willingness and ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision and quality workmanship.
