About the Role
As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will inspect and service building systems and equipment, conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment, respond to service requests, and maintain records of work performed. You will work under the supervision of the Building Supervisor or Senior HVAC Technician and may be required to work in inclement weather conditions.
About You
Required:
- High School graduation or GED equivalent supplemented by two (2) years of HVAC experience, including six (6) months in a lead worker capacity.
- Possession of a valid driver's license issued by the State of North Carolina and an acceptable driving record.
- Valid Environmental Protection Agency Universal Certification.
Preferred:
- N.A.T.E certifications.
- EPA 608 Universal Refrigerant certification.
- Electrical license in North Carolina.
- Fire Sprinkler license.
- NC H3-1, CFC certification.
