About the Role
As an HVC Interventional Technologist, you will be responsible for setting up angiographic equipment, producing high-quality images, ensuring the availability of necessary supplies, performing clerical functions, maintaining a professional attitude, providing compassionate patient care, and participating in teaching opportunities. You will work under the supervision of the Interventional Radiology Manager and/or Assistant Chief Technologist.
About You
Required:
- Graduation from an A.M.A. approved Radiologic Technology program with an AS degree required.
- Minimum of 9 months experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
- RT(R) certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Connecticut State License and CPR Certification.
Preferred:
- BS degree in Radiologic Technology.
- Hospital experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
- Vascular Interventional (VI) credentials.
- Experience in OR imaging.
