About the Role
As a Hybrid E-Billing Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for generating and distributing accurate invoices, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will utilize various billing systems to streamline processes, prepare monthly reports, and ensure compliance with legal and company policies.
About You
Required:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a billing or client relations role, preferably within the legal industry.
- Proficiency in using billing systems such as TyMetrix, Serengeti, Courselink, Datacert, Legal Exchange, and Bottomline.
- Strong understanding of billing processes, including the preparation of invoices and resolving discrepancies.
- Exceptional client relations skills with the ability to address client concerns promptly.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred:
- A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
