About the Role

As a Hybrid Early Stage Collections Specialist, II, you will be responsible for contacting borrowers primarily in the early stages of delinquency, negotiating payment arrangements, and assisting those who are more than 59 days delinquent or in foreclosure. You will evaluate borrowers' financial situations, provide support to customer service, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations while performing complex account analyses.

About You

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
One (1) year collections experience in a customer service/call center environment and/or loan servicing experience.

Preferred:

A minimum of one (1) year of experience in the Banking, Mortgage/Loan Servicing industries.
Knowledge of investor hierarchies for loss mitigation options.
