About the Role
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will execute annual HR processes, support organizational design and workforce planning, provide job evaluation and compensation consulting, manage complex employee relations cases, and partner with HR Centers of Excellence to implement enterprise initiatives.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years HRBP or equivalent strategic HR experience.
- Strong influence, consulting, and leader support skills.
- Success in fast-paced, evolving business environments.
Preferred:
- Clinical background highly preferred.
- Experience in Markets & Finance.
Benefits
- $80-$100/hour, depending on experience.
- Contract length of 6 months with the possibility to extend.
