About the Role
As a Hybrid Senior Accountant, you will execute month-end closing activities, prepare financial statements, review fixed asset accounts, analyze general ledger accounts, maintain daily cash activity, evaluate accounting procedures for compliance, oversee general ledger maintenance, support external audits, conduct trust account reviews, assist in budget preparation, identify process improvements, and provide analytical support for financial projects.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 2 to 7 years of experience in public accounting or corporate finance, including financial reporting, compliance, and audit coordination.
- Proven experience with general ledger, fixed assets, and month-end close procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with financial software systems (e.g., Aderant, Sage).
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset.
